An annual collection of Sheldon/Amy fanfic made by fans and shippers alike.
Sign-up for authors (click here) for this year’s Qualia: Shamy Fan Fic Fest 2012 is open until July 25, 2012.
Rules and Guidelines:
-Stories are at least 2,500 words
-Could be oneshots or multi-chapter fics
-Stories are focused on the Shamy pairing.
-All genres (and even crosovers) and ratings are acceptable.
-Original characters are acceptable to be included in the story as long as the main pairing is Shamy.
-Any spoilers for upcoming episodes (of TBBT, and the other fandom if it is a crossover) should be marked as such.
-Rough drafts must be at least 2,500 words and must include the genre, rating, appropriate warnings and the summary for the artist.
-Fics to be submitted should not have been posted prior to this.
-You may only submit at most 2 oneshots and 1 oneshot + 1 multi-chapter fic.
-Deadlines:
—-rough drafts submission is on August 22, 2012.
—-final draft (beta-read versions) submission is on September 19, 2012.

-Fanarts could be in any medium as long as it could be posted online.
-Like the written works, they should also be labeled with the appropriate warnings.
-Artists gets to choose the fan fiction they wanted to make the fanart for two days after the deadline of the rough draft.
-Artists are required to submit a screencap or a picture (if it is a hand drawing) of your current progress.
-Authors who are also making fanarts are not allowed to pick their own stories and will be asked to pick a day after all who signed up to be artists got to chose a fan fiction.
-Deadlines:
—-selection of fanfics is on August 24, 2012 (for non writers) and August 25, 2012 (writers/artists)
—-Check-in is on September 12, 2012
—-submission of fanart is on September 19,2012
